Trakken Web Services was looking for a top international strategic partner with the intention to strengthen its competitive position and growth in digital analytics. ARTHOS acted as exclusive financial adviser to the sellers in this transaction and provided full M&A sell-side advisory services. ARTHOS initiated the sales process, analysed and approached potential buyers, co-ordinated and managed the M&A process, prepared and advised on transaction information materials for the sales process and lead the negotiations of the letter of intent and the sales and purchase agreement.
