The group has discrete business units to address the particular needs of organisations with either multiple terabytes or petabytes of data Tectrade’s customers are mid-sized and large organisations in both the public and private sectors The US operations benefitted in FY17 from a small number of large contracts in key accounts. IBM remains a core partner, however, other vendor relationships, notably Dell EMC, NetApp and increasingly Microsoft contributed strongly to both UK and US performance in FY18 The Group’s services revenues have seen slow but steady grow through and this has been accelerating through FY18, as new services have been developed, particularly around data protection and recovery services in a hybrid environment (On premise/Private Cloud/Public Cloud) alongside the vendor diversification programme
