Intera Partners has successfully completed the acquisition of Porvoon Huoltomiehet
Evli Corporate Finance advised Intera Partners, a Finnish growth-oriented private equity firm that invests in Finnish and Swedish companies, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Porvoon Huoltomiehet.
Porvoon Huoltomiehet is a fast-growing and leading Finnish provider of real-estate maintenance and support services. The group maintains and provides services to a wide range of residential, commercial and public real estates across Finland. The group has combined revenues of over EUR 40 million and ca. 500 employees. With the backing of Intera Partners, the group aims to continue its organic and acquisitive growth and to achieve revenues of EUR 100 million.
