The Transaction consisted in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Cuevas Hermanos S.A., exclusive representative of “Nissan” in Paraguay, by Grupo Garden, leader in automotive sales, owned by the Arias family. Cuevas Hermanos, a 120 year old Paraguayan company, operates 7 points of sale in the country. Grupo Garden is the exclusive dealer for KIA, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, RAM, BMW Motorrad, MINI y Mazda; and non-exclusive dealer of Chevrolet, DFAC, Changan and ZNA. In 2016, they reported sales of ~US$150 MM, selling over 5,000 new cars. Alpax acted as exclusive financial advisor to Grupo Garden
