Bebidas del Paraguay has acquired the operations of Watts Alimentos Paraguay from Watt's Chile, including a license to sell fruit juices under the Watts and Lonco Brands. Bebidas del Paraguay ("BPY") is a leading producer of beverages in Paraguay (soft drinks, juices, mineral water, etc.). Watt's Alimentos is the Paraguayan subsidiary of Grupo Watt's, one of the market leaders in food and beverages in Chile, with a wide portfolio of products and brands. Alpax acted as exclusive financial advisor to Bebidas del Paraguay.
