We advised the shareholders of Visiometrics and VPD on the sale of both companies to UK listed Halma. Visiometrics / VPD is a fast growing business that designs, manufactures and markets ophthalmic diagnostic instruments. Visiometrics / VPD had sales of approx. EUR 4m. The transaction was closed in December 2015.
