Recomec, holding company controlled by the Zanelli family and Principia SGR acquires stake in Comecer Spa from Fondo Italiano di Investimento Sgr and from Recomec.
Marco Polo Advisor acted as Co-advisor of Recomec, cooperating with Lazard the financial advisor of the transaction. Legal advisor of Principia SGR was Bonelli Erede while Comecer was supported by the lawyers of DLA Piper.
