We advised Priveq, Roosgruppen and other shareholders on the sale of Mediplast to Swedish publicly listed Addtech. Mediplast is a Nordic medical supplies company selling primarily to hospitals and care institutions. Mediplast had sales of approx. EUR 50m and EBITDA of 10%. The transaction was closed in July 2015.
