Tritec AG is a leading Swiss Photovoltaic Engineering and Wholesaling Firm with significant international business. We have assisted the owner of Tritec to identify the buyer in a competetive process and structured the transaction of bringing into a new Joint Venture the Swiss and German business. The Joint Venture partner holding 60% is Energiedienst Holding AG a Swiss listed company but majority controlled by the German EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. There is a defined path with earnout characteristics for EnBW to acquire 100%.
