We have run an international buyer search and assisted the private UK owners of the Swiss Trans Data Management AG in concluding a share deal with Hadorn Industries AG, the personal holding company of Mr. Rudolf Hadorn a renown Swiss manager and entrepreneur. Trans Data Management is a leading Swiss solutions provider for secure communication in the transportation infrastructure sector, especially roadside and railways.
