Bill Eastwood

Bill is co-founder and Managing Director of Integris Partners, Ltd. (1992-present), a middle-market investment and banking firm. Prior to Integris, Bill worked in M&A and tax and security areas for a Wall Street law firm; was CFO and General Counsel for Spencer Foods (then a Fortune 500 food company); and VP Development for ConAgra Agri Products. While Bill worked there, ConAgra grew from $500 million to $22 billion and the stock increased eight times. Bill has a BS in Accounting (graduated with highest honors) and JD from University of Virginia and LLM in Taxation from New York University.
