Stuart Knott

Stuart has over 25 years of lower middle market M&A experience, in both an advisory capacity and as a principal investor. Stuart started his career as an associate on the Business Services team with KPMG Corporate Finance, LLC and was promoted to a Vice President. His professional experience also includes 14 years of both mezzanine and private equity investing with Spring Capital Partners and Parkway Capital Investors. Stuart joined Chesapeake Corporate Advisors as a Managing Director in January 2023. He has BA from Boston College and an MBA from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
