We have secured the mandate of Automated Systems Group Ltd ("ASL") one of the largest independent reprographic, managed print services (MPS) and managed print solutions suppliers in the UK. With over 5,000 customers nationally, ASL supplies the latest technology from many of the world’s leading manufacturers including (Kyocera, HP, Canon, etc. ASL's range of integrated solutions includes: Managed Print Services (MPS) Managed Document Services (MDS) Print Management Document Management Scanning On-Premise, Cloud and Hybrid Software Project Management Revenue is split as follows Equipment 60% and Service 40%. At this stage, this is a Secondary Buyout process, therefore no AICA input required.
