Sunstone Metals Ltd (publ) has succesfully sold Avalon Minerals Viscaria to Copperstone Resources AB
Evli Corporate Finance acted as exclusive advisor to Sunstone Metals Ltd (publ) in the sale of Avalon Minerals Viscaria AB (“Viscaria”) to Copperstone Resources AB (publ). Copperstone acquired Viscaria with a combination of cash and shares, making Sunstone the largest shareholder in Copperstone.
The Viscaria Copper Project is located in Kiruna, northern Sweden, and has nearly 345 km of historic drill cores and estimated mineral resources of 52.4m tonnes at 1.2% copper of different classes, potentially 608,900 tons of copper.
Sunstone Metals is a listed mineral exploration company in Australia with high quality gold and copper assets in Ecuador, Finland and Sweden.
Copperstone is a NASDAQ First North listed mineral exploration company, focused on base and precious metal exploration in Northern Sweden.
