Data Respons retained ARTHOS as an M&A adviser to acquire strategic partners in Germany. The focus of the search profile was on complementary specialists in the area of software development, IT consulting and industrial digitalisation to strengthen its position in Germany, the largest industrial market in Europe and strategically important for Data Respons.
