Eurotech, a leading provider of Edge Computing solutions for mission critical applications, extends its footprint in Germany and accelerates its growth strategy in the Edge Computing market in AIoT. ARTHOS acted as the exclusive M&A adviser to Eurotech, providing full buy-side advisory services. This included approaching potential strategic partners together with AICA partner firms in Europe and the US, as well as, after agreeing on major terms, driving the M&A process including the coordination of the due diligence and contract negotiations.
