Tekman Books, the innovative education books editor, has been acquired by Miura Capital, the Spanish Private Equity firm based in Barcelona, Spain. The transaction has been completed for 28 MM Euros in two tranches. The company was founded in 2010, with sales of 6,5 MM Euros in 2015 and Ebitda 2,8 MM Eur. In the last three years the company has grown at 38% CAGR.
