LH Negocios Inmobiliarios was sold to Grupo Cartes

Owned by the Seppe family, the “Las Hortensias” real estate asset is located in one of the most strategic and emblematic spaces for real estate projects in Asunción. The Transaction consisted of the sale of this asset to Grupo Cartes. In order to maximize the value of this asset, a detailed mixed-use viability study was conducted which included a Hotel, a Shopping Mall, Corporate Buildings, and Residential Buildings.
