Merchantec Capital was designated advisor to the acquisition by Workforce Holdings Ltd of 'the Dyna Group' and its subsidiaries, namely Dyna Industrial Training and Development Proprietary Limited, Dyna Training Namibia Proprietary Limited and NQ Plus Networks Proprietary Limited. The purchase consideration equals (a maximum of) R80m. Its training programs consist of proprietary accredited and non-accredited courses that lie just below formal business qualifications offered by tertiary educational institutions.
