M2M Group, comprising M2M One Pty Ltd, M2M Connectivity Pty Ltd and D-Squared Innovation Was sold to Sierra Wireless

The business provides end-to-end network solutions for internet of things and machine-to-machine communications, consisting of hardware, software, services and connectivity. Sales revenue includes one-off device and hardware sales, design services and growing recuring revenues from the sale of SIM cards and data plans. Overrall business revenue is growing by approx. 25% per annum. Revenues from SIM cards and data plans are growing at approximately 50% per annum. 

The business is a preferred partner to Australia's leading telecommunications company as well as international capabilities through other telco partnerships.  Customer base includes the Australian Federal Government, state governments, and multinational and national businesses in sectors that include industrial applications, transport, utilities (water, electricity, gas), agriculture, mining, emergency services, security, retail, health care, digital signage and smart cities.

The value-add to customers is a managed, monitored usage and insight service, ensuring customers have a fit for purpose network with no outage for mission critical functions. The Business gathers structured data in this service, related to usage, billing and events.
