Acquisition of a portfolio of five retail parks in Poland. The portfolio, totaling 19,000 sqm of gross leasable area, consists of 4 existing retail parks and 1 retail park under development. The retail parks are operated under HopStop brand and are located in Warsaw and regional cities of Poland. The transaction, structured as a share deal, was signed on 17th April 2018. The seller is a Polish developer Katharsis Development.
