Creovent and Thorszelius has successfully been sold to Ratos
Evli Corporate Finance acted as exclusive advisor to the owners of Aurvandil on the sale of the company to Ratos’ subsidiary Airteam. Aurvandil owns the subsidiaries Creovent and Thorszelius, who are leading installers of climate and ventilation solutions in the Stockholm and Uppsala regions. Airteam is a leading supplier of ventilation solutions in Denmark.
Creovent and Thorszelius offer efficient climate and ventilation solutions, including service and maintenance, to a customer base consisting of property owners, construction companies as well as the public sector. The companies have offices in Stockholm and Uppsala and have approximately 85 employees. In 2017, pro forma sales amounted to approximately SEK 235m and EBITA to SEK 24m.
