SM Osiedle Mlodych w Poznaniu sold a 8.92% stake in INEA to Valuetree Valuetree Investments Limited
Polish housing cooperative SM Osiedle Mlodych has sold a 8.92% stake in local telecom INEA to Cyprus-based company Valuetree Investments, the seller financial advisor said.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Following the deal, Valuetree Investments holds a 99% stake in INEA.
