GRAITEC is an innovative international BIM, CAE and CAD software developer, Autodesk® Platinum Partner across Europe and Autodesk® Gold Partner across the US and Canada, and a leading provider of design solutions worldwide. The group is engaged in an ambitious buy-and-build strategy internationally. DDA & Company has been working closely with Graitec's management for the last 10 years in 12 domestic and international acquisitions. The rationale of this transaction was to consolidate Graitec's Auodesk VAR activity and related services in France.
