Luci Intressenter has through a public tender offer acquired LightLab Sweden AB

Evli Corporate Finance acted as an exclusive advisor to Luci Intressenter, a BidCo controlled by Gunnar Dellner, Östersjöstiftelsen and Gålöstiftelsen, in the public tender offer to the shareholders of LightLab Sweden AB. 4 February 2020 Luci Intressenter announced that they control 92.4 per cent of outstanding shares and will initiate delisting. LightLab is a green technology company that develops and manufactures unique UV light sources and lamp systems used to disinfect water, air, food and surfaces. The patented technology makes it possible to cost-efficiently produce light sources that treats and disinfects without chemicals.
