GFWW Growag majority stake was acquired by Recaro Group
We have been invited to pitch on the sale of a manufacturer of high-quality interior fittings for rail vehicles (mainly seats for city, regio, inter regio, intercity). Revenues around 10m EUR.
As a result of the completed transactional process, Recaro Group, a German producer of, among others, aircraft seats and gaming chairs, acquired a controlling stake in Growag, a leader in the train seat market.
Our M&A team, represented by dr Piotr Stobiecki, dr Dariusz Zawadka, Marta Latoń, Gracjan Czajka and Katarzyna Matuszak, was responsible for providing comprehensive transactional and financial advice to Growag owners. This support consisted of the preparation and coordination of the whole process, including the identification of investors, participation in negotiations, and the finalization of the deal.
