4Kraft has purchaed Kiddy GmbH
Supported by CMT Advisory, 4Kraft completed the transaction process resulting in the acquisition of Kiddy GmbH, a German company with over 50 years of experience in manufacturing child safety seats.
The transaction advisory team of CMT represented by Maciej Stradomski and Maciej Zając was responsible for preparing the company for the acquisition process, coordinating the work between individual advisers, negotiating and managing the project.
Using modern sales channels, 4Kraft sp. z o.o. specialises in the production and sale of products under its own brands. Kinderkraft, a manufacturer of popular children's articles (car seats, prams, bicycles, chairs, etc.) is the dominant brand in the company's portfolio. 4Kraft is the leader in the children's items market in Poland and has an increasingly stronger position in Europe. It sells its products in several dozen countries around the globe.
Kiddy GmbH is a German company specializing in children's seats. The Kiddy brand was established in 1966.
