Snap Outdoor majority stake was acquired by Enterprise Investors PE
The biggest transaction on the Polish outdoor market has become a fact. Snap Outdoor and its 8a.pl brand, the national leader and most popular e-commerce store specialising in the sale of outdoor products and apparel, have acquired a new investor: Enterprise Investors.
The CMT Advisory Team composed of Piotr Stobiecki, PhD, Maciej Zając, Michał Malarski, Konrad Marciniak, and Damian Bernaciak supported the company's owners e.g. by providing comprehensive transaction and financial advisory services concerning the preparation and implementation of the investor acquisition process.
