We focus on mergers and acquisitions (both sell-side and buy-side), capital raising, and valuations. Diamond Capital provides a high level of service; and brings the professionalism and efficiency offered to Fortune 500 companies directly to our middle-market customers. Our usual method to maximize value and achieve the most favorable terms, is a sophisticated and disciplined blind auction process geared toward creating demand for our client?s business. The goal is to increase value through an aggressive transaction process and the efficient use of our intellectual capital which includes years of operational experience and the successful completion of hundreds of transaction mandates. Virtually our entire group of 10 senior licensed professionals have come to Diamond with both operating backgrounds as entrepreneurs or corporate executives and previous investment banking experience. Operating as a team we bring unique insights from our robust and varied work histories and apply them for the benefit of our clients.
