Hamilton Redi-Mix has been providing commercial, municipal, agricultural, and residential customers with ready mix concrete delivery in North Central Iowa for 46 years. Additional products include washed sand, washed pea rock, pit run gravel, washed river rock, topsoil, and fill dirt. Trucking services are offered for limestone aggregates available from other producers in HRM’s market area. Founded in Jefferson, Iowa, the business has grown to include three modern batch plants, a sand and gravel operation, and a fleet of late model mixer trucks, dump trucks, and heavy equipment. HRM is in its second generation of ownership, employing approximate 30 people. HRM will become a part of Concrete Supply, a subsidiary of The Rasmussen Group, which operates over 25 ready mix plants across Iowa and Nebraska with over 300 employees.
