Evli acted as exclusive adviser to Linc AB, Lantmännen and and Part Production Sweden in their divestment of Swevet to MWI Animal Health, a leading distributor of animal health products and services and a part of AmerisourceBergen.
Swevet is a fast growing and leading full-range wholesaler of animal health products in Sweden. Swevet offers solid knowledge, easily accessible support, high quality service and a broad and affordable assortment of pharmaceuticals, consumables and healthcare equipment. In 2021 Swevet has sales of about €21m and 6% EBIT.
