SEB Private Equity VaccinDirekt has been sold to Impilo Impilo
We are pitching to sell VaccinDirekt, a leading chain of vaccination clinics in Sweden and Finland, providing over 500,000 vaccinations per year. 51 vaccination units - 26 clinics and 18 mobile units in Sweden and 5 clinics and 3 mobile units in Finland. The company’s vaccinations offering consists mainly of TBE, Shingrix, influenza and travel vaccines as well as includes health checks and health certificates. Since 2020, Covid 19 vaccination and other related testing are
part of the product offering. The current controlling shareholder is SEB Private Equity. Forecasted sales of approx €36m in 2022 with 16% EBITDA. Ideas of potential international buyers are welcome.
As part of a competitive auction process VaccinDirekt was sold to Swedish based healthcare focused PE fund Impilo.
