Acquisitions Northwest, Inc. (ANI) is one of the oldest and most active boutique M&A advisory firms in the U.S. Pacific Northwest, dedicated to advising buyers and sellers of lower-end middle-market companies. Since being founded in 1974, the firm has compiled an impressive record of successfully consummated projects not only in the Northwest, but nationally and internationally as well. ANI has successfully directed a multitude of corporate divestitures, management buyouts, strategic acquisitions, sale of family or privately-owned companies and partial equity transfers. Typical transaction sizes are from $3 million to $40 million. Acquisitions Northwest?s focus has primarily been in manufacturing, however distributors and service companies in a broad range of industries have been part of their overall client mix. Majority of clients are family-held or privately-held companies, however, ANI has also been engaged by public companies, such as General Electric, for special divestiture projects. Cordell Berge, the Managing Director of ANI, was a co-founder of AICA and previously, had been President and Chairman of IMAP twice. In addition, Mr. Berge was the co-founder of ACG Portland and was a recipient of the Meritorious Service Award from the Association of Corporate Growth.
