ENTREC Cranes & Heavy Haul Inc. was sold to ProLift Rigging LLC

Sequeira Partners was engaged to assist ENTREC through the court mandated Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (“SISP”) including developing a list of potential bidders, communicating and meeting with interested parties, preparing and distributing marketing materials, managing the data room and negotiating the transaction.
