("Medisumi") is an importer and distributor of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment; it also produces beta-lactam antibiotics under the company name “Labfarm” The transaction involves the sale of 100% of Medisumi’s and Labfarm’s shares to Fresenius Kabi, whose products accounted for 60% of Medisumi’s sales Alpax acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Shareholders of Medisumi and Labfarm
