Merchantec Capital was established in 2000 by Don Truda and Brian Rainier to provide specialised corporate finance services to small and mid-cap companies in the South African market. It has grown significantly in the last 14 years to become the largest independent corporate finance business in South Africa, led by four JSE-approved Sponsor Executives, representing all facets of the business.
