Hittle Landscaping has been acquired by CID Capital

Metronome Partners, LLC (“Metronome”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Hittle Landscaping, Inc. (“Hittle” or the “Company”), in its sale to CID Capital (“CID”), a private equity firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Metronome worked closely with Hittle’s second-generation owner, Jeremy Hittle, and the management team to identify a partner that would preserve the family business legacy and align with the Company’s culture and long-term growth objectives.
