Cromaplast SpA Iamet acquired a majority stake in Cromaplast Iamet Srl

Marco Polo is assisting a company operating in the automotive sector. The company is specialized in the manufacturing of plastic moulding components and in the plastic components galvanic treatments, for components used in the exterior of vehicles. The company is working with a leading chemical company for the development of a new tecnology with reduced environmental impact. Turnover in 2020 is 26 million of euro with an ebitda close to 4 million of euro. The company operates for the most important car manufacturers worldwide and operates with important tier 1 components manufacturer.
