The Group serves mostly industrial client for the engineering and construction of PV plants. 

The Group is also active in the reselling of energy and gas to domestic customers. Moreover, the Group performs energy efficicy interventions to both domestic and industrial clients. 

The group is looking for an industrial partner that can support it in the execution of the envisaged development plan. The preferred operation is through a sale of a minority stake
