Grupo Amiria (Estación Los Jardines) Sale of the “Estación Los Jardines” Shopping Cntr Grupo Chemin

The transaction consists of the sale of 100% of the “Estación Los Jardines” Shopping Center and Other Real Estate Assets, owned by Grupo Amiria (Paraguay), to Grupo Chemin (Paraguay). Alpax acted as exclusive Financial Advisor to the Shareholders of Grupo Amiria.

Grupo Amiria’s Shopping Center and Real Estate business, comprised of the Companies Monta and Cota Paraguay, includes:

• The operation of the “Estación Los Jardines” Shopping Center, with over 66 Commercial Units and 23,178 m² of Leasable Area, strategically and prominently located in the city of Luque, covering 29,817 m² of land and 32,698 m² of built area; and

• The Real Estate Asset housing the Supermarket recently acquired by Grupo Chemin, “Aho Aho Comercial,” also strategically located in the city of Luque, covering 7,549 m² of land and 6,736 m² of built area.
