Marangatú & Yacaré (Servant Family) Sale of Estancias Marangatu & Yacaré to Agropeco Agropeco S.A.

The transaction involved the sale of Estancias Marangatú and Yacaré, located in the district of San Cristóbal, Alto Paraná Department, Paraguay. These properties, owned by Asunpar S.A. and Nikura S.A., were acquired by Agropeco S.A., a company belonging to the “Inpasa” Group. In this transaction, Alpax acted as the exclusive Financial Advisor to the Servant Family.

This 9,019-hectare agricultural and livestock complex combines an extensive land area with a strategic location in one of the most productive regions of the country.

Its operations efficiently integrate agriculture, cattle ranching, and forest reserve areas, making it a high-value asset within the national agribusiness sector.
