Banco Integración was sold to Banco Atlas

The transaction is the sale of 100% of the shares of Banco Integración S.A. to Banco Atlas S.A., owned by Grupo Zuccolillo, in order to merge both operations The transaction will enable Banco Atlas to complement its strength in the personal and consumer banking sector with Banco Integración’s focus on the corporate segment. Through this acquisition, Banco Atlas becomes the ninth bank in Paraguay when ranked by assets Alpax acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Banco Integración.
