"Los Jardines" and "Aho Aho Comercial" Grupo Amiria Were sold to Super Box (Grupo Chemin)

The transaction involves the sale of 100% of the supermarket business of Todo Carne S.A. and Grupo 70 S.A. (“Todo Carne”), that operates “Los Jardines” and “Aho Aho Comercial” supermarket chains, owned by Grupo Amiria, to Super Box S.A., part of Grupo Chemin.

Founded in 1993, Todo Carne is a supermarket chain that:

• Operates a network of 10 branches nationwide;
• Offers both Retail and Wholesale supermarket formats;
• Has strategically located branches in the cities of Luque, Fernando de la Mora, Capiatá, and Limpio;
• Employs more than 800 people.

Grupo Chemin is one of the most prominent economic groups in the Mass Consumption sector, with companies engaged in Imports, Mass Product Distribution, and Wholesale Supermarket operations, among others.

This transaction is part of Grupo Chemin's strategic plan for its supermarket business, which now includes seven branches of the “Box Mayorista” chain.

The transaction is subject to the approval by the applicable regulatory authorities.
