Comecer Spa Sell minority stake Principia Sgr
Recomec, holding company controlled by the Zanelli family and Principia SGR acquires stake in Comecer Spa from Fondo Italiano di Investimento Sgr and from Recomec. Marco Polo Advisor acted as Co-advisor of Recomec, cooperating with Lazard the financial advisor of the transaction. Legal advisor of Principia SGR was Bonelli Erede while Comecer was supported by the lawyers of DLA Piper.
