BNB CORPORACION PARAGUAY Capitalization Agreement by BNB Corporación PY ZETA BANCO

We are pleased to announce that Alpax acted as exclusive Financial Advisor to BNB Corporación Paraguay in the Capitalization Agreement in Zeta Banco. This transaction marks the tenth deal advised by Alpax in the Paraguayan financial system. The transaction consists of a Capital Injection through which BNB Corporación Paraguay acquires a 35% stake in the new share capital of Zeta Banco. This strategic alliance will enable Zeta Banco to expand its financial intermediation capacity, enhance its product and service offerings, create new financing opportunities for individuals, SMEs, and large corporations, drive its territorial expansion with broader national coverage, and integrate cutting-edge technology. For BNB Corporación Paraguay, the transaction will allow it to expand and strengthen its presence in the Paraguayan Financial Sector, where it has operated since 2023 through BNB Invest Casa de Bolsa and BNB Asset Management AFPISA. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Superintendency of Banks of the Central Bank of Paraguay.
