Enta is a leading company operating in the Ticketing, Marketing and CRM system's sector in the UK and in other North Europe and Middle East Countries. The purchase price is £900,000. The share purchase agreement provides for a standard mechanism of price adjustment following completion of the transaction based on Enta's net financial position.
