On 15th of October 2014 CMT Advisory team successfully finalized another transaction regarding the sale of family-owned industrial adhesives manufacturer Zaklady Chemiczne Bochem to Soudal, multinational conglomerate operating in construction chemicals industry. From the beginning, CMT Advisory experts conducted the project on behalf of ZakÅady Chemiczne Bochem former proprietors, starting with the preparation of transaction documents, search for potential investors, coordination of due diligence procedure and ending with business negotiations and signing. Established in 1991, Bochem produces industrial adhesives for the automotive, construction, shoe and furniture industries.The companyâs two production plants are located in Pionki, about 100 km south of Warsaw. Following the acquisition, Bochem will continue to operate under its own name and with its existing management as a wholly owned subsidiary of Soudal.
