Backed by Capital Export since September 2022, Fogale Sensors, a specialist in the design and manufacturing of capacitive sensors for industrial and scientific applications in Medical, Aerospace, Robotics, Energy, and Sustainable Development, initiates its development strategy by acquiring Texys.
This external growth operation aligns with the shareholders’ desire to establish a prominent French player in the development of high-tech sensors with a broad spectrum of technologies. The integration of the two groups will diversify their respective product offering, enabling them to offer both off-the-shelf and customized solutions. They will share technological expertise in capacitive and optical measurement and create commercial synergies by leveraging local presence and distribution networks.
