Following a competitive process, DDA & Company has assisted the shareholders of Pixagility in its sale to ODMedia, a Dutch group backed by its financial partner Capital A.
Founded in 2009, Pixagility is specialized in the preparation and delivery of video content for media groups, telecom operators and streaming platforms on any media. Thanks to its rapid development and unique expertise, Pixagility has built a multi-service platform (capture and routing of channels and video programs, VOD and Replay content preparation and publishing, graphic creation of promotional visual content and program animation, operational exploitation service, and 24/7 TV channel broadcasting) renowned for TV channels, telecom operators and digital players of all sizes.
ODMedia is a Dutch group offering services that cover the entire life cycle of video content, from creating a digital cinema package to technical delivery to OTT platforms and broadcasters.
The new group will become one of the leading European and African players in the market for the preparation and distribution of video content for media groups, Telco’s and major international platforms.
