DDA & Company advises the shareholders of Freejump System in the context of a capital reorganisation operation following the exit of its financial partner Elige Capital, which had been working alongside the manager since 2015. Yann Dubourg, the historic founder, strengthens his position in the capital and welcomes Seventure Partners as a minority shareholder through its Sport & Performance Capital fund.
Since 2015, the group specialised in the design and development of top-of-the-range equestrian equipment has continued its R&D efforts and completed the positioning of Freejump as the benchmark brand for technical and safety products for horse riding. Undisputed leader in the high-end stirrup segment, guaranteeing technicality and safety, Freejump has diversified into airbags thanks to the acquisition of the Oscar & Gabrielle brand in 2019. The company now markets its own airbag which has received the highest level of certification from AFNOR. Already very export-oriented, the company has continued its international development by opening a subsidiary in Canada in 2018.
